All nominations are to be received by WHQ by Friday 16th April 2010 and therefore you should let OC 2168 know of your intention to apply at the earliest opportunity and need to submit your application to Squadron by Friday 02nd April 2010. Late bids will not be accepted

The cost of the airfare will be £160 for cadets. There are additional costs over and above the airfare costs; cadets will be required to pay in Euros for food charges (currently £1.56 per day - total £15.60) in cash on arrival in Germany; recreational visits (including transport), and hire charges/rental for activity equipment.

Anyone interested in attending this camp must be at least fifteen years of age, hold Leading Cadet classification as a minimum and must have completed at least one UK Summer camp either at an RAF station or at the Wing Camp at Beckingham. In addition all applicants must be in possession of a valid passport and a EHIC document (European Health Insurance Card)
