Flight Commander No1 Flight

Cadwt Warrant Officer Wray joined the Squadron in June 2005. Involving himself in most of the activities available to him he quickly gained his Bronze Duke of Edinburgh's Award and his Silver Gliding Wings. His main primary task on Squadron see's him as Flight Commander to No1 Flight. He also is one of the squadron's Band Quartermasters, this involves him supervising the upkeep and maintainance of the bands equipment.

A keen sportsman, he has represented the Wing at Football and more recently North Region at Rugby Union. CWO Wray has completed his B-TEC in Aviation Studies and is working towards a B-TEC in Public Services. He is also tasked with organising the Squadrons logistical support operation at the Bradford Bulls RLFC home games.

Away from the Squadron Matt is taking a year out volunteering at Woodhouse Grove School as a Teaching Assistant whilst also working in a local restaurant. He hopes to study Geography and Politics at University before going into the RAF as a Provost Officer.
